TWO BARS, TWO BREWERIES & NOT TOO FAR

A self-guided walking trail between some of the best of the inner-West.

Fancy a leisurely 1.4km stroll through the semi-industrial wastelands of Milton? What if that stroll started & finished at two well credentialed good beer bars? And in-between said bars were two most excellent breweries?  The Scratch, Aether, Newstead Brewing Co. & Brewski are stoked to present to you, The Milton Good Beer Trail, a self-guided, self-paced walk / skate / hop / ride / roll / journey to some of the best beer Brisbane has to offer.

The Trail launches on March 10 for Brewsvegas ’17 with a special offer of a one-off collaboration schooner at each venue for just $20 in total PLUS you get a collectors stubby cooler once your stroll is complete. That’s four beers $20. Grab your tickets here.

NEWSTEAD BREWING CO.

It’s obvious that we’ve got a keen interest in beer but there’s lots of other things we enjoy too. The guys in the kitchen take food seriously, preparing as much food onsite as they can and endeavour to make it look as good as it does in the photos. It tastes ok too. We really like beer. We really do like beer.

Which is why we stock over 200 kinds of bottled craft beer and rotate twelve different beer taps every day. So if you’re after brilliant beer, bangin’ food and down to earth friendly service, you’d better get yourself to Brewski.

GOOD BEER

Some say that Milton (and its surrounds) has been starved of good beer since, well, forever. We’re here to change that. Good beer starts with good people, good breweries and good venues – The Milton Good Beer Trail has it all.

BEER FITNESS

Who said beer and fitness don’t go together? Depending on your gait you can clock up over 2000 steps – that’s a good start to your daily recommended intake. Need more steps? Do the reverse trail – BAM!

MAKE A MEAL OF IT

Whether you’re after a tasty cheese board to share or a sit down meal to soak up some beer, we’ve got your back. Grab a cheeky burger, a steak, a schnitty – or make the most of The Scratch’s generous BYO food policy.
